What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. That is all this site collects. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the project. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Where it lives and how long
Enquiries arrive in our business mailbox. If you become a client, your details stay for the life of the working relationship plus the period UK law requires for business records. If you do not, your enquiry is deleted within twelve months.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that physically deliver email and hosting, and only as needed to do that.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email charlie@cmxwd.com and it will be done within one calendar month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
